This position is suitable for a keen individual with a passion for people and the hospitality industry. In this hands-on position, the successful candidate will become part of our national head office team devoted to conveying the Max Brenner experience.
Working closely with Marketing & Operations, as well as Chocolate Bar Managers, you will be responsible for implementing existing training material and developing future content to be encompassed into the company training program. All training will be aimed at effective knowledge facilitation and delivering excellence in service and the total chocolate experience. Some HR related activities will also be part of the role.
Being a young and dynamic company, there is room for growth and change in this position as we expand our operations.
Key duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Utilizing industry’s best practices, develop training manuals & other tools to ensure standardised training procedures across Chocolate Bars
- Conduct classroom and practical training (Both at our Beaconsfield Head Office and on-site at our various Chocolate Bars)
- Confer with management and operations to identify training needs and develop training materials as required
- Develop tools for evaluation aimed to improve training effectiveness
The successful applicants must have:
